Our 5-foot Free-Hang Garland comes ready to display and includes basic attachments. Clients are responsible for ensuring their surface will support command hooks, but we’re always happy to offer guidance before booking. Delivery may be scheduled at least 3 days in advance based on availability.

For a bigger statement, our Full Backdrop Grab-and-Go Garland includes the backdrop base and requires a large SUV or truck for pickup. If your vehicle isn’t big enough, delivery is available at $0.60 per mile from Be Our Guest Event Center. Delivery for these larger setups must be scheduled 1 week in advance based on availability.

A 50% booking deposit is required for all Backdrop Grab-and-Go Garlands. This deposit is non-refundable if the order is cancelled. Rescheduling is allowed with a $50 rescheduling fee.

A $50 deposit is included with backdrop rentals. Return the base by Tuesday after your event for a full refund, or by Friday for a $20 refund. Bases returned after Friday are not eligible for a refund.
