Customization Requirement:
To ensure every Build Your Own event is uniquely designed, a minimum of 3 enhancements is required to complete your package.

Designed for clients who want more freedom than a basic package, Build Your Own combines essential venue services with the flexibility to customize your event, extend your timeline, and choose the upgrades that matter most. 

Clients who prefer everything included often choose our Beast package for a more all-inclusive experience.

Unlike our Chip package, this option offers:
• Flexible event hours (up to 1 AM)
• Added included details like runners
• A more attentive support crew
• Customizable enhancements

Perfect for clients who want structure without limitations. Events may begin as early as 11 AM and extend as late as 1 AM, giving you more scheduling freedom than our structured entry package.

• 11 round tables & Tiffany chairs

• Seating up to 120 guests

All bookings include a $150 Security Deposit Policy added to the total. This deposit covers any missing venue items or property damage. If no issues are found, the full deposit is refunded within one week after your event.
